To unlock or reset your password, enter the email used when your account was created,
the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), and your date of birth below and click the
submit button. A temporary password will be sent to the email on file.
Use that temporary password the next time you log in and you will be prompted to set a new
password for your account
